International Caterers Association joins BC Foodservice Expo 2010
April 25 - 26, West Building, Vancouver Convention Centre
VANCOUVER, March 15 /CNW/ - BC Foodservice Expo 2010 caters to attendees in a brand new way this year. For the first time ever, BC Foodservice Expo, which runs April 25 - 26 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, will host the International Caterers Association's (ICA's) Regional Education Day (RED).
Held on Monday, April 26, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the show location, the ICA symposium will feature sales, marketing and design topics, roundtable discussions, key speakers, pop-up seminars, catering trends and networking opportunities.
Seminar topics include:
- Keeping the Olympic momentum going, even after the 2010 games are over. - Implementing award-winning menu and design ideas.
