TORONTO, Oct. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Sean Reid, Federal and Ontario Director of the Progressive Contractors Association of Canada (PCA), is available for comment during the National Energy Board's (NEB) Final Arguments for the reversal of Enbridge's Line 9B pipeline.
The PCA's written submission filed with the NEB states that the reversal and capacity expansion of Enbridge Line 9B will provide significant commercial and job creation benefits for the broader construction industry and the Canadian economy as a whole.
