Introducing HeatWave™, innovative new green energy technology that reduces home heating costs
HeatWave™ is installed in the Dream Home R‐House at the 2012 National Home Show ‐ March 16 to 25, Direct Energy Centre, Exhibition Place
TORONTO, March 13, 2012 /CNW/ - DynaCurrent Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that its first new product, HeatWave, has been chosen by Michael Upshall of PROBUILT to be installed as the heating source in the Dream Home R-House at the National Home Show in Toronto because of its high-performance energy efficiency.
"We are excited to introduce the world to HeatWave at the National Home Show," says Robert Kelly, CEO of DynaCurrent Technologies Inc., the green energy technology company that designed and manufactures HeatWave. "It represents real innovation in heating technology. People are invited to come and see for themselves what the future of green, cost-effective energy looks like in their own home or cottage."
Using proprietary new technology, HeatWave can be installed instead of traditional HVAC units that rely on propane, coal, oil or natural gas. HeatWave's small carbon footprint and dependable performance make it the ideal heating solution for residences, commercial or industrial spaces, and remote sites, while dramatically reducing on-going heating costs when compared to paying for propane, oil and electric baseboard heat.
HeatWave is easy to have installed, requires little maintenance and comes with a three-year warranty. It can be used in new home installations or retro-fitted with existing forced air ductwork or radiator-based heating systems. The HeatWave technology is presently being adapted to become the energy source for air-conditioning systems, to be known as CoolWave.
Environmentally friendly, zero emissions
HeatWave units use relatively small amounts of electricity to operate and need no other fuels, making it an environmentally friendly solution with zero emissions.
All heating fuel types produce emissions at source, but natural gas, oil, propane and wood-burning also emit greenhouse gases when used as a heating fuel. Electricity does not generate any emissions in a secondary heating use, such as HeatWave.
