VANCOUVER, Oct. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Invenio Resources Corp. ("Invenio" or the "Company") announces that it will not be proceeding with the options on the Ganes Creek and Candle Hills Gold Projects in Alaska. The Company maintains an option to earn a 60% interest on the Green Springs gold project in Nevada.
Invenio will continue to pursue opportunities in the resource sector including oil and gas.

Invenio has an option to earn a 60% interest on the Kings Canyon gold project, Nevada. The deposit is near surface, oxidized and interpreted to be Carlin style. The Green Springs project is a former past producer with reported head grades of 2 g/t gold.
