Invesco, Trimark and PowerShares Canada all recognized for strong performance
TORONTO, Nov. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - Invesco Canada was honoured with six awards at the 2014 Lipper Awards, presented last night in Toronto. The awards span the company's diverse product lineup, including Invesco and Trimark mutual funds as well as PowerShares Canada exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

Invesco Indo-Pacific Fund (Series A) topped the Asia Pacific Equity category for three-year and 10-year performance.
Invesco European Growth Class (Series A) took home top honours in the European Equity category for its 10-year performance.
Trimark Europlus Fund (Series A) was best in the European Equity category over the five-year period, which corresponds with the arrival in 2009 of the Fund's current lead portfolio manager, Michael Hatcher, to Invesco Canada.
PowerShares 1-5 Year Laddered Investment Grade Corporate Bond Index ETF (PSB) was honoured for its three-year performance in the Canadian Short Term Fixed Income category.
PowerShares Canadian Dividend Index ETF (PDC) took home the award for three-year performance in the Canadian Dividend & Income Equity category.
Both PSB and PDC were listed on TSX in 2011, making 2014 the first year they qualified for Lipper consideration.
