Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV Completes Alarmforce Industries Inc. Transaction

TORONTO, Jan. 8, 2018 /CNW/ - Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV ("IFL") today announced that as a result of the completion of a previously-announced arrangement transaction (the "Transaction") involving AlarmForce Industries Inc. (the "Company"), BCE Inc. acquired ownership of all 2,736,504 common shares (the "Shares") of the Company held by IFL. The Shares were disposed of at a price of $16 per Share, for aggregate cash consideration of $43,784,064. The Shares represent approximately 24.05% of the outstanding common shares of the Company, and 100% of the securities of the Company beneficially owned by IFL. Pursuant to the Transaction, IFL disposed of the Shares in order to exit its investment in the Company.
