Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV completes McGraw-Hill Ryerson Limited transaction

TORONTO, June 18, 2014 /CNW/ - Investmentaktiengesellschaft für langfristige Investoren TGV ("IFL") today announced that as a result of the completion of a previously announced arrangement transaction (the "Transaction") involving McGraw-Hill Ryerson Limited (the "Company"), McGraw-Hill Global Education Holdings, LLC acquired all the 249,650 common shares (the "Shares") of the Company held by IFL. The Shares represent approximately 12.50% of the outstanding common shares of the Company.
