INVESTOR WARNING - FEATHERSTONE AND BELLMAN EQUITY EXCHANGE GROUP

TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - The Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") is warning investors not to send money to Featherstone and Bellman Equity Exchange Group ("FAB Equity Exchange Group"). Representatives of FAB Equity Exchange Group may be soliciting residents of Ontario in an advance fee scheme.

The representatives are contacting investors who hold York Rio securities and offering to sell the securities for the investors at a substantial premium. Investors are being told that they have to send an advance fee payment to FAB Equity Exchange Group before their securities can be sold.

FAB Equity Exchange Group is purportedly located in Mexico. It is not registered with the Ontario Securities Commission under the Securities Act (Ontario).

FAB Equity Exchange Group has been posted on the OSC's Investor Warning list at www.osc.gov.on.ca.
