LAVAL, QC, Feb. 22, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Ivanhoé Cambridge invites media representatives to the official groundbreaking on Monday, February 25, of a new office building to be constructed in the urban neighbourhood of Centropolis in Laval.
Among those attending the photo op will be Alexandre Duplessis, Laval's interim mayor; Jean Laramée, Senior Vice-President, Eastern North American Portfolio, Ivanhoé Cambridge; Chantal Provost, Executive Director, Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Laval; and Gilbert Leblanc, Vice-President, Investment and Real Estate, Laval Technopole.
Ivanhoé Cambridge has been developing Centropolis since 2001. The new structure will be built according to the highest industry standards and will aim for LEED Gold Core & Shell certification. The first tenants will move into their offices in spring 2014.
