Invitation to media - Ministers Pascale St Onge and David Lametti to make an announcement regarding projects to revitalize the metropolis

MONTRÉAL, May 19, 2022  /CNW Telbec/ - Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED) 

The Honourable Pascale St-Onge, Member of Parliament for Brome–Missisquoi, Minister of Sport and Minister responsible for CED, and the Honourable David Lametti, Member of Parliament for Lasalle–Émard–Verdun, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, will announce Government of Canada financial assistance for projects to revitalize the metropolis and provide citizens with quality meeting places and public spaces.

Launched in June 2021 with a budget of $500 million, the Canada Community Revitalization Fund provides $107 million to invest in shared and inclusive public spaces in Quebec.
