FOSTERING THE SPIRIT OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP
QUÉBEC CITY, June 17, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - The 17th Desjardins Grand Prize Gala of the Québec Entrepreneurship Contest (QEC) is slated for Thursday, June 18. Thirty-two prizes totalling close to $200 000 will be awarded to the winners at the provincial level, who have competed against finalists from all 17 regions of Québec. This is a unique opportunity to showcase promising new businesses and inspiring school projects.
Hosted by Honorary President Dominique Brown, CEO of Chocolats Favoris, this major event will take place in the presence of Sam Hamad, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Solidarity and Gilles Bernard, Vice-President, Marketing, Performance and Innovation, Business and Institutional Services, Desjardins Group, the presenting partner for the event.
