Invitation to the media - Groundbreaking ceremony for LABO Habitats locatifs on November 3, 2021

MONTREAL, Oct. 27, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - PUR Immobilia, EMD-Batimo et Hakim Consultant invite media representatives to the groundbreaking ceremony of the LABO Habitats locatifs project, which will be developed in one of the first pharmaceutical laboratories in the country and the former Dawson campus (Selby campus).

Located in Westmount, at the limit of the Saint-Henri sector and within the sector formed by Saint-Antoine, Rose-de-Lima, Bel-Air and Ville-Marie freeway streets, the LABO will offer two phases of New York inspired rental units.

In total, $120M will be invested to redevelop a historic building and construct a new edifice. The first phase, which will be completed in June 2021, will have 126 rental units.
