<p><span class="xn-location">VANCOUVER</span>, British Columbia, <span class="xn-chron">Oct. 28</span> /CNW/ -- iQmetrix is pleased to announce it has been named one of the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers in <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> for 2011, as determined by the Queen's University School of Business and AON Hewitt.</p>

<p>The annual Best Small & Medium Employers study ranked iQmetrix 24th among the 50 Best Employers across the country, in this size category. The Small & Medium Employers category is reserved for organizations with 50 to 399 permanent employees. The study measures employee engagement, based on employees' degree of intellectual and emotional commitment to their workplace.</p>
<p/>
<p>This ranking is a significant win for iQmetrix, in addition to being ranked 14th in the PROFIT 100 - Canada's Fastest-Growing Companies list in June of this year.</p>

<p>In fact, iQmetrix is only the third company in the last five years to make it to the Top 25 of both the 50 Best Small & Medium Employers and the PROFIT 100 in the same year.</p>

Organizations that have operated in <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> for at least three years and have between 50 and 399 Canadian-based permanent employees are eligible to participate. The 2011 study marks the 6th time the study has been conducted. The 2011 list of the Best Small & Medium Employers in <span class="xn-location">Canada</span> will be published in the <span class="xn-chron">November 8, 2010</span> issue of Maclean's magazine, available on newsstands on <span class="xn-chron">October 28, 2010</span>, and the <span class="xn-chron">November 4, 2010</span> edition of La Presse newspaper.</p>
