Iron Creek Strengthens Management Team - Tim Beale to join as New Company

VANCOUVER, March 23 /CNW/ - Iron Creek Capital Corp. (IRN: TSX.V) is pleased to announce that Tim Beale will join the Company as President starting in July 2010.

Mr. Beale has worked in the mineral exploration industry for over 25 years, with the majority of his career in South America. For the past eight years, Mr. Beale has been working for the Anglo American Group, as the Exploration Manager in Peru and more recently, as the Exploration Manager for North America. Prior to Anglo, Mr. Beale worked for Hochschild initiating their programs in Argentina, and for the preceding 18 years he worked with the Rio Tinto Group throughout South America and parts of Europe. Mr. Beale has a broad range of experience in running exploration and acquisition programs for both base and precious metals. In addition, Mr. Beale oversaw management of a large advanced copper project in Peru, initiating a new feasibility phase of the project. He also led the local efforts for the successful bid by Anglo for Michiquillay porphyry copper deposit in northern Peru.

Mr. Beale holds an honors degree in Geology from Chelsea College, London University, and a Master's of Science Degree and D.I.C. in Mineral Exploration from Imperial College, London University. Mr. Beale is a member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (MIMMM), and the Society of Economic Geologists.
