IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant named « The Best Large Triathlon » by Triathlon Business International

MONT-TREMBLANT, QC, Jan. 29, 2014 /CNW Telbec/ - IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant was awarded the most important prize in the triathlon industry. Triathlon Business International named IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant "The Best Large Triathlon" during their annual conference in 2014. This is a true honour for the organization and comes as a great surprise since the winner of the award is not selected by a list of registered candidates but rather among the entire group of IRONMAN triathlons in the world and by public votes.

The "Best Large Triathlon" prize, awarded during the annual Triathlon Business International conference, aims to acknowledge excellence in the preparation, marketing, organization and overall experience of IRONMAN events around the world.

"What a great honour to have our efforts acknowledged by this ultimate reward. Once again, the success of IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant is being recognized, and when this recognition comes from our peers, I think it is a real sign that we are moving in the right direction," said Dominique Piché, producer and event director of IRONMAN Mont-Tremblant.

A full schedule for 2014
The next editions of the Mont-Tremblant Triathlon 5150, the Subaru IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant and the Subaru IRONMAN North-American Championship will take place on June 8, June 22 and August 17 respectively. In addition to these events, Mont-Tremblant will have the honour of hosting the IRONMAN 70.3 World-Championship that will gather the international elite in this triathlon event on September 7. It will be the first time that this championship will take place outside of the United-States. An event not to be missed!
