TORONTO , Feb. 12 /CNW/ - iseemedia Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:IEE), announced today that it appointed Mr. John MacDonald , CGA, to its Board of Directors.

John is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario, continued studies at Wilfred Laurier; Queen's University and earned a CGA designation in 1985. John leads John MacDonald & Associates, a firm of accounting professionals specializing in owner managed business serving over 300 corporations and a 1,000 individuals. His experience and expertise lies in helping both individuals and companies move beyond the numbers, creating strategic and tactical plans to increase profitability. In addition to being active in both local and federal politics, John serves on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chair of several public companies as well as playing an active role in the strategic leadership of many private ventures. "John brings some very valuable expertise from the investment community as well as being a seasoned and dynamic accountant with experience as a director in the public market," said Anthony DeCristofaro, President and CEO. "We look forward to the addition of John's keen analytical ability to the board. In addition, he has shown his belief in our corporate mission with his support and involvement in our Company's recent financings."

The Company also announced today that Mr. Roger Rai has resigned from his position as a director of the Company effective immediately.

With respect to Mr. MacDonald 's appointment to the Board of Directors, the Company granted him 50,000 options at and exercise price of $.18 , expiring February 11th, 2015 .

The completion of the Board appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
