With this acquisition, itelligence is building up its international market presence, particularly in France and Canada. The branches of ADELANTE in Paris, Lyon and Montreal will be additional locations for SME customers of itelligence.

Herbert Vogel, CEO of itelligence AG, commented as follows: "I'm delighted about this new partnership with such a renowned and emerging SAP consulting company in France. Stefan Ellerbrake, Director of Western Europe for itelligence AG, is to become president of the new company, which will trade as itelligence France SAS in future. The three founders of ADELANTE SAS, David Cairat, Sebastien Galesne, Cyril Trouiller, and Jean-Yves Popovic (Canada), will continue to run the company as managing directors. ADELANTE SAS, which employs more than 50 people in France and Canada, generated revenues in excess of MEUR 5 in 2009 through consulting as well as implementation of SAP solutions and SAP sector solutions. ADELANTE is a longstanding Partner of SAP in France as well as being an experienced Business Objects Partner in the growth-oriented Business Intelligence market segment.
