It's a first - CAA at the Green Living Show
Members get in free
THORNHILL, ON, April 23 /CNW/ - The road to the Green Living Show includes a pit stop at CAA's Ride and Drive booth. Drivers can get behind the wheel and test drive the latest hybrid, electric or fuel-efficient vehicles.
This is the first year CAA SCO has been invited to the hottest eco-event in Canada and members will get in free. CAA members who show their cards will save $12, the cost of admission.
Every half hour during the show, CAA Car Care experts will offer tips on how to tune up your car, save on gas and reduce emissions. Learn first-hand about Safety-Kleen's EcoPower re-refined motor oil, CAA's Green Power Battery and other products that will keep your vehicle running clean.
"Drivers can catch a glimpse of emerging green vehicles and transportation trends at the Green Living Show, while learning how to protect the planet one kilometre at a time," said Anna Halkidis, Manager of Community Relations, CAA SCO.
Before heading to the eco-friendly show, clean out your garage or basement and drop off your old car or marine batteries at the parking lot entrance of the Direct Energy Centre. CAA SCO will safely recycle the batteries which contain toxic materials.
During the show don't forget to enter to win a $1000 CAA travel voucher, one of five $100 CAA car care gift certificates or a new Green Power Battery.
