IvrnetCentral launch begins with release of re-envisioned Online Registration
CALGARY, April 7, 2014 /CNW/ - "In 2012, after a year of evaluating the product lines acquired through the acquisition of Itology.com Ltd, Ivrnet embarked on an initiative to re-imagine ITSportsNet (ITSN). ITSN and its sister product Community Central serve over 1.2 million users and 1300 organizations across North America. These products have been rebuilt from the ground up to significantly enhance the experience of our customers," explains David Snell, CEO of Ivrnet. "IvrnetCentral is the culmination of these re-imagining efforts, and incorporates significant improvements to the user experience of our customers while also streamlining and simplifying critical business processes."
The evolution is drastic. IvrnetCentral brings to the ITSportsNet platform Ivrnet's longstanding vision of humanizing the interaction of people with technology. Leveraging modern web technologies that are easy to use, build, scale, support, and maintain, IvrnetCentral is a completely new user experience for ITSN and Community Central users. The leap forward is so dramatic that the new brand of IvrnetCentral will replace the old ITSN brands, even though existing clients will be upgradable to the new experience. The new product also satisfies the evolving demands of an increasingly mobile-friendly customer base, allowing it to be utilized on both mobile phones and computer browsers.
Adds Hanif Mohamed, Ivrnet's Vice President of Product, "We view IvrnetCentral as an evolution to ITSportsNet and Community Central. It houses the knowledge of 12 years of experience with Sports and Communities, and accommodates the feedback of thousands of users, creating a fresh and exciting new experience. Our objective with the first version of IvrnetCentral was to build the most simple and intuitive Online Registration system and Administration Interface for membership-driven organizations on the market, and we believe we have accomplished that objective. Future versions of IvrnetCentral, which will arrive very quickly, will demonstrate the true power of the business process improvements we have envisioned which perfectly complement the new user experience."
IvrnetCentral will roll out as a series of modules that replace older components of ITSN. The first module, released at the end of Q1 2014, is Online Registration, a mobile-friendly and simple registration portal for programs, fees, and facilities with secure online credit card and debit payments
The next key features of IvrnetCentral to be released through Q2 are:
- Membership and Fee Management: easy invoice creation and distribution for fees, along with powerful reports and tools for managing membership data
- Class, Program, and Facility Management: scheduling classes and booking facilities has never been easier with robust scheduling and administration tools
Snell is optimistic that IvrnetCentral will not only enhance the experience of current ITSportsNet and Community Central customers, but will also service many new Community and Sports organizations across North America.
