CALGARY , Jan. 6 /CNW/ - Jasper Mining Corporation ("Jasper") is pleased to announce that the Company has passed a Resolution dated December 7, 2009 appointing the following officers, namely:

    
    Gordon F. Dixon, Q.C.    Chief Executive Officer & President

    John A. Dixon            Chief Financial Officer & Secretary
    

Jasper also announces that it has mutually terminated its relationship with Beaumont Capital who acted in a shareholder investor relation capacity. The effective date of this termination is January 6, 2010 . Jasper has been satisfied with the services of Beaumont Capital.
