ST-HYACINTHE, QC, Jan. 8, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Jefo Logistique, through the Transbordement St-Hyacinthe (TSH) division, received the CN (Canadian National Railway company) accreditation for 100 train units for the facilities located in the Monteregie region. This will enable grain and protein traders, and agricultural producers, to make scaled savings related to rail transportation.
Over the years, Jefo Logistique became a strategic supply and distribution partner in the agricultural industry, in addition to other sectors. The CN accreditation and Jefo's location in the heart of Quebec make the company a national hub to provide high performance and secure supply of grains, as well as an important rail center for the province.
"This accreditation confirms the quality of service we provide our clients for many years. We are the only private company in Quebec to offer a capacity of 100 train units, in or out" explains Jean Fontaine, Jefo Logistique CEO.
After investments of 3 million dollars starting in January 2018, the company will increase their rail capacity to over 225 train units, allowing more flexibility to meet the demands of Jefo's clients.
