JITE ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR

TORONTO, Oct 6 /CNW/ - Jite Technologies Inc. (TSX.V JTI -News) (the "Company", "Jite) announces the resignation of Mr. Wenyi Su as a Director of the Company and as General Manager of Jite Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Mr. Su was hired by McVicar Industries Inc., ("McVicar") the controlling company of Jite, in 2006 to manage its China operations. He played an active role in McVicar's acquisitions of chemical businesses. Mr. Su was appointed as General Manager of Jite Industrial (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. at the end of 2009.  Jite appreciates Mr. Su's contribution to the company and wishes Mr. Su good fortune with his future endeavours.
