Jite appoints Director

TORONTO , Jan. 13 /CNW/ - Jite Technologies Inc. (TSX.V JTI -News) (the "Company", "Jite) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Wenyi Su as a Director of the Company, subject to regulatory approval.

Mr. Wenyi Su has been newly appointed to the position of General Manager of Jite's Shenzhen plant (see press release dated December 15 , 2009). Mr. Su had been the Vice President of McVicar Industries Inc. ("McVicar") for its China operations since 2006. Before joining McVicar, Mr. Su worked as General Manager of a Chinese public company and as a main financial person on merger and acquisitions in China .
