Jite appoints General Manager for China

TORONTO , Dec. 15 /CNW/ - Jite Technologies Inc. (TSX.V JTI - News) (the "Company", "Jite") announces the replacement of Mr. Shaowei Zhu with Mr. Wenyi Su as General Manager of Shenzhen Plant. Mr. Su will take full charge of the daily operations of the Shenzhen plant, which makes the terminal blocks and other electric connectors. Mr. Shaowei Zhu joined Shenzhen Jite in late 2007 and has accomplished cost control measures and cash generation for Jite in the past two years. Mr. Zhu retires from the Company to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Wenyi Su has been Vice President of McVicar Industries Inc. ("McVicar") for its China operations since 2006, mainly working on the chemical side. Before joining McVicar, Mr. Su worked as General Manager of a Chinese public company and as a main financial person on merger and acquisitions in China . Mr. Su is transferred to Jite mainly to streamline the current operation and to expand product sales. In addition, he will assist in business acquisitions utilizing the accumulated operating cash flows in the Company for future growth.
