TORONTO, June 29 /CNW/ - JJR VI Acquisition Corp. ("JJR VI") (TSX Venture: JVI.P) announced today that its board of directors has accepted the resignation of Rudolph Schmeichel as director of JJR VI effective as of June 29, 2010. The board of directors of JJR VI has appointed Elena Masters as a director of JJR VI effective as of June 29, 2010, subject to the TSX Venture Exchange's approval. Elena Masters will also serve as a member of the JJR VI audit committee.
