Joseph Randell resigns from the Discovery Air Board
TORONTO, Feb. 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Discovery Air Inc. ("Discovery Air") announced today that Joseph Randell has resigned from Discovery Air's Board of Directors (the "Board"). Mr. Randell joined the Board on August 7, 2008, and most recently served as Chair of the Human Resources Committee and as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board.
Brian Semkowski, Chair of the Board, stated "We are very grateful to Joe for his contribution to the Discovery Air Board. We wish him the best in the future."
