Jov Corporate Funds Ltd. announces capital gains dividend on Jov Canadian Equity Class shares

TORONTO, Feb. 15, 2013 /CNW/ - JovFinancial Solutions Inc., the manager of Jov Corporate Funds Ltd.'s Jov Canadian Equity Class (the "Fund"), announces the payment of a capital gains dividend to the Series A shareholders of the Fund. The dividend is in the amount of approximately $0.3124 per Series A share of the Fund.

The dividend represents the capital gains realized by the Fund during the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, and was paid or credited as reinvested shares effective February 15, 2013, to shareholders of record as at February 14, 2013.
