Jov Prosperity Canadian Equity Fund to Appoint New Sub-Advisor
TORONTO, Oct. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - T.E. Investment Counsel Inc. ("TEIC"), the manager and trustee of the Jov Prosperity Canadian Equity Fund, (the "Fund"), announces that, effective October 9, 2012, McLean Budden Limited will cease to act as sub-advisor to the Fund. Effective October 10, 2012, Guardian Capital LP will act as sub-advisor to the Fund. McLean Budden Limited will, however, continue to act as sub-advisor to the Jov Prosperity U.S. Equity Fund, for which TEIC is also the manager and trustee.
