JovFinancial Solutions Inc. and IA Clarington Investments Inc. Announce Amalgamation to Occur March 1, 2015

TORONTO, Feb 11, 2015 /CNW/ - JovFinancial Solutions Inc. and IA Clarington Investments Inc. are announcing that their boards of directors have approved the amalgamation of JovFinancial Solutions Inc. with IA Clarington Investments Inc. effective March 1, 2015.  The merged company will continue as IA Clarington Investments Inc. ("IA Clarington").

On November 29, 2013, securityholders of Jov Leon Frazer Bond Fund, Jov Leon Frazer Dividend Fund, Jov Leon Frazer Preferred Equity Fund, Jov HAHN Conservative ETF Portfolio, Jov HAHN Income & Growth ETF Portfolio and Jov HAHN Growth ETF Portfolio (the "Funds") approved the change of manager of the Funds from JovFinancial Solutions Inc. to IA Clarington pursuant to the amalgamation.  The change of manager is effective March 1, 2015.
