New charitable entity to benefit local communities in need

A realization of the company's vision to establish a dedicated entity to give back to the communities it serves, the Foundation supports charities in Canada and the United States that work to enhance the lives of local residents in need. The mandate of the Just Energy Foundation is to support:

• Canadian/U.S. registered charities or non-profit organizations for programs that use funds within Canada or the U.S.
• Projects aligned to Just Energy's commitment to serve the communities in which it operates.
• Organizations whose mission aligns with Just Energy's overall social responsibility goals and values.
• Projects that provide direct impact to local communities.
