K-Bro Announces Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

EDMONTON, June 4, 2014 /CNW/ - K-Bro Linen Inc. (the "Corporation") announced today that Mr. Christopher Burrows will resign as Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation effective August 1, 2014 to accept a position with another company. With his resignation, he has also stepped down as Vice-President and relinquished his role as an officer of the Corporation and its subsidiaries.
Mr. Burrows has held the position of Vice-President & Chief Financial Officer since joining K-Bro in 2010 and has been instrumental in leading the Corporation's financial strategy, playing a key role in assisting with key customer negotiations, maintaining an effective capital structure, developing relationships with the capital markets and overseeing all administrative functions including financial reporting, treasury, information technology and human resources.
