K-Bro Linen Income Fund Announces Unitholder Approval of Conversion to a
Corporation

EDMONTON, Dec. 6 /CNW/ - K-Bro Linen Income Fund ("K-Bro") is pleased to announce that Unitholders overwhelmingly approved the proposed conversion of K-Bro into a corporation (the "Conversion") to be called "K-Bro Linen Inc." at a special meeting of K-Bro's Unitholders held on December 6, 2010. Subject to receipt of a final order from the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and the satisfaction or waiver of all other closing conditions, the Conversion is expected to take effect on January 1, 2011.
The common shares of K-Bro Linen Inc. have been conditionally approved for trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "KBL".
