VANCOUVER, Dec. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - Karoo Exploration Corp. (the "Company") (TSX-V: KE.V) announces that effective immediately Roger Foster has been appointed as the Company's CFO in place of Lorilee Kozuska who will no longer be the Company's CFO.  The Board of Directors wishes to thank Ms. Kozuska for her contributions to the Company.
