Kerry Girling - Youth motivator sheds light on Amanda Todd's suicide
CALGARY, Oct. 23, 2012 /CNW/ - Kerry Girling - International youth motivator, specializing in anti-bullying strategies for schools reaches-out and shares his personal in-depth message about bullying in memory of Amanda Todd whom was a recent victim of excessive bullying. A heartfelt video, entitled "When will it stop?" graphically describes the horrifying feelings & emotions brought on by everyone since her suicide. The producer and song writer - Kerry Girling, is a youth motivator whom faced bullying first-hand at an early age. Although his struggles with bullying never affected his success to speaking to over one-million students across North America, he continues to share his inspiring message to help eliminate the problem.
Girling wants to spread his message to everyone - bullies, victims, parents and educators in preparation for National anti-bullying week (November 12-17, 2012). It's something that needs everyone's attention. Girling says, "I hear similar stories like Amanda's every day from high school students that I speak to. It's heartbreaking. I produced the video for those that are struggling with bullying, in any form. When it comes to bullying, everyone has a story to tell."
Girling was inspired to produce When will it stop after Amanda Todd's story went viral on line. His company plans to use the song in their latest production - an anti-bullying Musical, which is geared for all grades.
