Kevin Drew Davis Appointed Chief Creative Officer Of DDB Canada
Agency bolsters its commitment to convergent creative offering under new national creative leadership
VANCOUVER, EDMONTON, TORONTO, & MONTREAL, Aug. 13, 2013 /CNW/ - David Leonard, national president and chief operating officer of DDB Canada is excited to announce the appointment of Kevin Drew Davis to the newly created position of chief creative officer. Davis will be responsible for leading the agency's convergent creative offering across all platforms in Canada. This is the first time a chief creative officer has been appointed to lead all of DDB Canada's integrated creative departments.

Davis will be based in Toronto and will oversee the agency's total creative product as well as serve as key architect on new business strategy. He will lead the integrated creative teams across all disciplines and all offices across Canada.

Davis, a provocative thought leader in the industry, brings to DDB Canada 22 years of experience as a creative technologies director, interactive art director and creative director in an award-winning career, spanning nearly every client category. Davis' work has garnered top honours from Cannes, The One Show, the CLIOs, the Effies and the Webby Awards, among others.
Davis most recently served as executive vice president, executive creative director at Digitas Chicago, responsible for the integrated creative product for both the Chicago and San Francisco offices. He played a pivotal leadership role on key accounts such as Sprint, eBay, Taco Bell and Miller Coors.
Prior to his tenure at Digitas Chicago, Davis held leadership roles at Publicis and was global interactive creative director at Wieden & Kennedy across their Portland, NY, London, Tokyo and Amsterdam offices.
