The Meeting Materials have also been filed with regulators and electronic copies are available on SEDAR under its profile at www.sedar.com.
The Meeting is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 31, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) at 1600-100 King St. W., Toronto, ON M5X 1G5.
