Khoa Lê's BÀ NỘI - World Premiere at the VISIONS DU RÉEL festival - North American Premiere at HOT DOCS

MONTREAL, April 16, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - F3M and Picbois Productions are proud to announce that BÀ NỘI by Khoa Lê (Je m'appelle Denis Gagnon), will be presented as a World Premiere during the International Feature Competition of the VISIONS DU RÉEL festival, which will take place in Nyon, Switzerland, from April 19^th to the 26^th. The director and the producer will be in attendance.

The North American Premiere will happen at the HOT DOCS festival in Toronto: April 25^th to May 5^th.

Khoa Lê, who has explored experimental film as well as documentary cinema, offers a new and singular point of view, from the standpoint of both the subject matter and the cinematographic genre, which is rooted in Quebec direct cinema but inspired by the poetry of Asian cinema.
