increase and marks best September of all-time.

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Oct 1 /CNW/ - Kia Canada Inc. experienced the best-ever September sales month in Canadian history. In addition, consumer demand for the newly designed Kia portfolio in the month of September supported the company's sales streak of 21 months of year-over-year sales increases. Total Canadian sales for the month reached 4745 units, up 5.1 per cent versus September 2009. Through the first 9 months of the year, Kia Canada sales continued to out-pace the industry with a 16.3 per cent increase in 2010. Kia Canada has sold 42,333 units through September 2010.
Kia Canada's sales success has developed through both conquesting from rival brands and retaining existing Kia customers. September Highlights
Kia Canada Inc. experienced the best September on record in its eleven year history in Canada:
- The Kia Forte model lineup, Kia Canada's best-selling vehicles for the month and year-to-date recorded 1406 total sales in September 2010.
- The compact sedan and 'Koup' models sustained an increase of 42 per cent versus September 2009
- The Kia Soul, urban crossover revealed 19 months ago in Canada continues to drive Canadian demand with 914 vehicles sold in the month of September
- The all-new Kia Sorento CUV that arrived in Canadian showrooms earlier in 2010, achieved 935 total sales in Canada for the month of September
October Incentives
Kia Canada retailers continue to clear-out 2010 vehicles as the "The 2010 Final Clearout" through the end of October. For the first time, 0% financing over an 84 month term will be offered on all 2011 Kia Rio sub-compact vehicles. In addition, 0% financing for several other select 2010 and 2011 in addition to Don't Pay until 2011 or cash saving up to $6000. These options make it easier to aquire a new Kia vehicle. Cash buyers can also select up to eight vehicles from Kia Canada's line-up for under $20,000.
