Kik: RIM's Legal Action is Unjustified and Disappointing

WATERLOO, ON, Dec. 1 /CNW/ - Kik Interactive Inc. today provided an initial response to the Nov. 30, 2010 Statement of Claim by Research in Motion Limited (RIM), calling the action unjustified and disappointing.

Kik intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit brought by RIM.  As the matter is before the courts, no further comment will be provided by Kik at this time.
