OTTAWA, June 21, 2016 /CNW/ - Kinaxis® (TSX:KXS), provider of RapidResponse®, delivering cloud-based SCM and S&OP applications, announced today that all of management's nominees listed in the management information circular of the company dated May 9, 2016 were elected as directors of Kinaxis to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.
The results of the votes for the election of directors held at Kinaxis' Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 21, 2016 are set out below.
