Kinaxis Inc. Files Preliminary Prospectus for Initial Public Offering

OTTAWA, May 2, 2014 /CNW/ - Kinaxis Inc. today filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with the proposed initial public offering and secondary offering of its common shares. A copy of the preliminary prospectus is available on the SEDAR website at www.sedar.com.

The offering is being made through a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Capital Markets and Canaccord Genuity Corp., as joint bookrunners and co-lead underwriters, and comprised of TD Securities Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., National Bank Financial Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and Cormark Securities Inc.

The preliminary prospectus is subject to completion or amendment. There will not be any sale or any acceptance of an offer to buy the common shares until a receipt for the final prospectus has been issued.
