Kindersley Hosts 2nd Annual Infrastructure Conference
KINDERSLEY, SK, Feb. 3, 2014 /CNW/ - Municipal and industry leaders will converge in Kindersley this April to discuss the next steps in addressing the infrastructure crisis in communities across Saskatchewan.
More than 200 delegates are expected to attend the 2nd Annual Saskatchewan Municipal Infrastructure Conference, April 15-16, 2014 at the Kindersley Inn. This timely and outcome-focused conference will arm attendees with the rationale and skills to move their communities and regions forward.
The theme of the conference is "Plan. Prepare. Execute." Following the success of the first municipal infrastructure conference held in Humboldt in 2013, this year's event will offer presentations and workshops that enable participants to move past the why of addressing the infrastructure deficit to understanding how.
The 2014 conference will also serve as a forum for public sector and industry partners to share information, perspectives, develop common solutions, and build relationships.
Registration has already begun. Information on the conference, including speakers, presentations, sponsorship opportunities, and other resources can be found on the official conference website at www.municipalinfrastructureconference.ca.
The conference is organized in partnership with the Town of Kindersley, Community Futures Meridian, and the Saskatchewan Economic Development Association (SEDA).
