KingSett Real Estate Growth GP No. 3 Inc. - Press Release

TORONTO, June 7 /CNW/ - KingSett Real Estate Growth GP No. 3 Inc., in its capacity as general partner of KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 3, is announcing that it has acquired 200,000 units of Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust (the "Trust") on the Toronto Stock Exchange at a price of Cdn$17.20 per unit, representing approximately 0.3% of the total issued and outstanding units.

As a result of the acquisition, KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 3 now holds in the aggregate 8,223,681 units, representing approximately 12.16% of the total issued and outstanding units.

KingSett Real Estate Growth LP No. 3 acquired these units for investment purposes and may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the Trust or dispose of such securities as it may deem appropriate.
