Kingsway Linked Return of Capital Trust declares quarterly distribution and confirms final redemption

TORONTO, March 5, 2015 /CNW/ - The Trustees of Kingsway Linked Return of Capital Trust (the "Trust") have today declared a return of capital distribution of $0.3125 per Kingsway Linked Return of Capital Preferred Unit (the "LROC Preferred Units"), payable on March 31, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on March 30, 2015.

The Trust has been created to provide holders with exposure to a senior note issued by an affiliate of Kingsway Financial Services Inc.  Holders of the LROC Preferred Units will receive quarterly distributions of $0.3125 per LROC Preferred Unit representing a yield of 5.00% per annum on the $25.00 per LROC Preferred Unit offering price.

All outstanding LROC Preferred Units will be redeemed by the Trust on June 30, 2015 in accordance with the provisions as detailed in the prospectus dated June 29, 2005.

LROC Preferred Units are listed for trading on the TSX under the symbol KSP.UN.
