Know Your Financial Advisor Rolls Out Private Beta Launch & Announces Appointments to Advisory Board

Investors can use the website to search, connect, communicate, and evaluate financial advisors. Furthermore, KYFA is excited to announce the imminent launch of Canada's first automated advisor matching tool to help you Know Your Advisor ^TM or find the advisor you deserve.

KYFA is also an excellent resource for financial advisors. Each advisor is given a free online profile that can be updated as often and with as much information as desired. With today's private beta launch, KYFA is also pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Dale Borland and Mr. Roop Mundi to the Company's Advisory Board. Mr. Borland and Mr. Mundi will assist the Company's management team in strategic planning and legal oversight.

Mr. Dale Borland is a former member of the Board of Directors for Microsoft Corporation. During a 16 year tenure with Microsoft, Mr. Borland held a number of management and executive positions in IT and Operations, Product Development, and Sales & Marketing in and across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Recently Mr. Borland served as President & CEO of Marqui Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web-solutions company specializing in On-Line Marketing Automation software, following other successful start-up ventures in the technology industry.

Mr. Roop Mundi is Vice-President and General Counsel for Kingsdale Shareholder Services Inc. Prior to joining Kingsdale, Mr. Mundi was a corporate finance lawyer with an emphasis on public and private offerings, mergers and acquisitions and regulatory matters, primarily in the technology and mining sectors. Mr. Mundi has acted as counsel on behalf of both issuers and investment dealers.
