TORONTO, March 13, 2014 /CNW/ - One door closes as another door opens as Nova Scotia's Kyle Shore was evicted in a 9-1 vote tonight, Newfoundland-native Allison White found herself walking in to the Big Brother Canada house as the #FINALHG.
After Andrew nominated Neda and Paul for eviction, the houseguests fought for their safety and faced their fears in a Divergent-themed Power of Veto challenge where Kenny won out in the post-apocalyptic obstacle course inspired by the film. The six Dauntless competitors were rewarded with a private screening of Divergent (in theatres March 21), a thrilling action-adventure film set in a world where people are divided into distinct factions based on human virtues.
Kenny used his POV on Neda, forcing Andrew to choose a replacement nominee. Kyle, a 24-year-old personal trainer, then found himself on the chopping block with his ally Paul.
"People think that coming to the Big Brother Canada house is just about winning the hundred grand, but this experience goes beyond that," says Kyle Shore. "This house is all about bringing different people together - no matter their race, religion, or sexuality. The bonds I've made here, especially with Paul and Adel, are incredible."
Following Kyle's eviction, the houseguests were tested in a Fact or Rumour HOH competition where Ika reigned supreme. Meanwhile, the season's first #TWISTOSTWIST came to fruition as Allison White entered the house as the #FINALHG.
Fans should keep it locked on the live feeds at BigBrotherCanada.ca to see how the house is reacting to Allison, and how she plays her cards with immunity from the next eviction. Also, this Sunday, March 16, fans watching the live feeds will play an integral role when Big Brother Canada gives the houseguests a special buzz-worthy assignment airing next Wednesday, March 19 at 9pm ET.
