Labour Day Weekend Festivities at Canada's Wonderland

VAUGHAN, ON, Aug. 29, 2013 /CNW/ - As the summer winds down, Canada's Wonderland prepares to celebrate Snoopy's birthday with a bang.  On Sunday September 1, the Park will honour Snoopy with a special birthday lunch and will cap the night off with a spectacular fireworks show!

The Peanuts gang will celebrate Snoopy's birthday in style with a special BBQ lunch in the Park's Courtyard picnic facility.  Birthday lunch tickets must be purchased in advance by logging onto the website at www.canadaswonderland.com/tickets.

The day will conclude with a world-class fireworks show by FXWORXS.  The show will feature over 4000 explosions and custom fireworks designed just for Canada's Wonderland, set to a soundtrack of summertime hits.  Beginning at approximately 10:00pm, weather permitting, this show is included with Park admission.
