Lakeview Hotel Investment Corp Announces Closing of Financing

WINNIPEG, July 30, 2014 /CNW/ - Lakeview Hotel Investment Corp ("LHIC") announced today that the financing previously announced on June 26, 2014 has now closed.  The financing is with LHIC's existing lender and refinances all first mortgage loans on thirteen of its properties located in Alberta and British Columbia. The financing is for a two year term.
