WINNIPEG , Jan. 13 /CNW/ - Lakeview Hotel Real Estate Investment Trust ("Lakeview REIT") is pleased to announce that it has appointed Avrum Senensky as Executive Vice-President to take effect January 14, 2010 . Mr. Senensky has been with Lakeview REIT as Vice-President of Finance and Investor Relations since its inception. Lakeview REIT has acquired 18 hotel properties since 2004 and Mr. Senensky has played a key role in securing over $160 million in financing for these acquisitions. Mr. Senensky will replace Laurie Etkin who has resigned from Lakeview REIT effective January 14, 2010 .
