LAND POSITION IN CARBO RARE EARTH DISCOVERY AREA INCREASED

VANCOUVER, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - Canadian International Minerals Inc. (CIN - TSX.V) is pleased to announce that, subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has acquired a 100% interest in mineral claims in the Cariboo Mining Division, British Columbia, known as the Basto claims (the "Property").

The Property covers a total of approximately 618.91 hectares and is located 500 metres northwest of the Carbo property currently being drilled. It is contiguous with the Spectrum Mining Corp. REE discovery property.

The Carbo project is a joint venture between CIN (75%) and Commerce Resources Corp (CCE) (25%).

Consideration in the transaction is 600,000 common shares of CIN to the vendor, due upon TSX Venture Exchange acceptance of the property acquisition, with no NSR or other residual.
